Dit type coating is opgebouwd uit een elektrolytische basislaag in combinatie met een organische topcoat. Dit garandeert een extreem hoge corrosiebescherming met chemische weerstand. Dankzij de chemische resistentie en hoge corrosiewering is deze oppervlaktebehandeling uitermate geschikt voor uiteenlopende toepassingen zoals de offshore, industrie, bouw en stallenbouw.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elektrolytische zinklagen worden doorgaans gepassiveerd\u00a0of gechromateerd (men spreekt van chromatering\u00a0bij gebruik van zeswaardig chroom). Door\u00a0gebruik te maken van de unieke eigenschappen van\u00a0een gepassiveerde zinklaag (vrij van zeswaardig\u00a0chroom) met een organische topcoat worden zeer\u00a0goede corrosiebestendigheden verkregen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DUPLEX\u00ae is beschikbaar in verschillende kleuren;\u00a0rood &#8211; groen &#8211; geel &#8211; bruin &#8211; donkerbruin &#8211; blauw &#8211; zwart\u00a0en zilvergrijs. Onderstaande corrosiebestendigheden\u00a0gelden voor de zilvergrijze topcoat.\u00a0Bent u op zoek naar een goede corrosiebestendigheid\u00a0alsook chemische resistentie dan is DUPLEX\u00ae\u00a0uitermate geschikt, 15 ronden kesternich resistentie\u00a0(met 2,0L SO2) zijn geen uitzondering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DUPLEX\u00ae biedt de grootst mogelijke weerstand waar\u00a0extreme omgevingsfactoren een rol spelen. Het\u00a0gebruik van RVS in zwembaden kan aanleiding geven\u00a0tot corrosie onder invloed van het hoge chloridegehalte\u00a0en ozon in de omgeving. DUPLEX\u00ae is een\u00a0superieur alternatief, zoals te lezen is in een artikel uit\u00a0een technisch vakblad. Tevens is DUPLEX\u00ae ideaal voor\u00a0onderdelen die worden toegepast in kustgebieden met\u00a0zouthoudende vochtige lucht, industrie en stallenbouw\u00a0waarbij de sterke ammoniakuitstoot een belangrijke\u00a0factor is. Deze eisen werden geformuleerd in de\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><a class=\"textlink\" style=\"color: #153671;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.duroc.be\/Pages_NL\/Normen.php\" target=\"_self\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">ETAG 006<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0norm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Verder is het een prima alternatief voor\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">thermisch verzinkte<\/span>\u00a0onderdelen.
