De unieke combinatie van zink en aluminium, ge\u00efmobiliseerd in een gepolymeriseerde organische matrix garandeert een corrosiebescherming die vele malen hoger is dan een zuivere zinklaag met gelijke laagdikte. Deze hoogwaardige coating, initieel ontwikkeld door en voor de automobielindustrie, vindt nu zijn ingang tot de algemene metaalindustrie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P2000\u00ae is een milieuvriendelijke coating die uw\u00a0onderdelen beschermt tegen corrosie. Met slechts 10 tot 12 \u03bcm garandeert het een bescherming die 2000\u00a0uren zoutneveltest ruimschoots overtreft.\u00a0Dankzij de beperkte en uniforme laagdikte is het\u00a0een ideale oplossing voor bouten en moeren waarbij\u00a0de passing gerespecteerd wordt. De aanwezigheid\u00a0van Teflon in de coating zorgt hierbij voor een vlotte\u00a0montage.\u00a0P2000\u00ae lost veel voorkomende problemen voor u op.\u00a0Heeft u ook te maken met hoge kosten ten gevolge\u00a0het verwijderen van zinkdruppels, of dient u de bouten\u00a0of moeren na behandeling na te bewerken om deze\u00a0bruikbaar te maken? Het is immers het elektrisch geleidend kontakt tussen zink en staal dat ervoor zorgt dat zink zich opoffert ter bescherming van het staal. We gaan de te behandelen onderdelen eerst grondig ontvetten en vervolgens fijn stralen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Voor het ontvetten gebruiken we een licht alkalische watergebaseerde ontvetting. Deze garandeert een perfecte reiniging zonder het milieu te belasten. Vet en\/of olie wordt volledig verwijderd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000; text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Het stralen gebeurt met zeer fijn RVS straalgrid zodat de kleinste holtes, zoals bijvoorbeeld schroefdraad van boutjes M6 en kleiner, worden bereikt. Hierdoor wordt het materiaal ontdaan van elke aanwezigheid van roest\/oxides of walshuid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.duroc.be\/Images\/Straalmiddel.jpg\" alt=\"ssss\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" name=\"ssss\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.duroc.be\/Images\/Straalmiddel_detail.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"170\" height=\"156\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">RVS straalmiddel en bout M6<\/span><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #333333;\">COATING<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">Kleine onderdelen die niet te zwaar zijn (bouten en assen korter dan 180 mm, moeren, clips, veren, gietijzer onderdelen lichter dan 200 g\/stuk, &#8230;) worden behandeld in een dip-spin\u00a0installatie. Grotere onderdelen krijgen hun behandeling in een spuitautomaat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">Bij het centrifugeren worden de onderdelen eerst in een korf geladen. Vervolgens wordt de korf in de coating ondergedompeld. Na 10-30 seconden wordt de korf uit de coating gehaald en gecentrifugeerd. De overtollige coating wordt terug opgevangen en hergebruikt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">\n<h1 class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\"><span class=\"subnav\" style=\"color: #333333;\">POLYMERISEREN<\/span><\/h1>\n<p class=\"text\" style=\"color: #000000;\" align=\"justify\">Na het coaten worden de onderdelen voorzichtig op een ovenband gebracht om door de oven te lopen.
