Hexavalent chromium

For a long time now, Duroc has been able to offer alternatives to the usual yellow passivation finish of electrolytic zinc plating. These alternatives involve replacing the toxic hexavalent chromium-based yellow passivation with a passivation based on trivalent chromium reinforced with silicate nanoparticles.

Delta MKS / Magni

Introduction

Delta MKS and Magni are coating systems that don’t use hexavalent chromium in which high corrosion resistance is obtained with very thin layers. In addition, the friction resistance can be adjusted according to the demands of the user, and various colours are available.

Since they are polymerised at 200 °C they have no adverse effect on the metal properties and are temperature resistant (> 200 °C).

Delta Protekt gives a very high corrosion resistance for a reasonable price.

ProtektSeal gives a very high corrosion resistance and is available in various colours.

Our Duplex coating is applied when a Kesternich resistance test (simulation of industrial air) is required.

With Seal-Inox you can avoid the gripping (cold welding) of stainless steel screwed joints .

Magni systems bring equivalent solutions and can be the ideal solution for specific demands.
